Update on November 3 ZotPass responses

Dear UCI Student,

We experienced an issue with the ZotPass system this morning which resulted in incorrect responses for some students.The issue has been corrected for those affected. Please remember to continue to submit your daily symptom check and to stay current with your regular asymptomatic testing if you are required to do so. If you believe you received an incorrect confirmation response, please email covid19@uci.edu.

The ZotPass system was designed to ensure compliance with our campus directives for the daily symptom check and asymptomatic testing. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we continue to refine the system.
