Testing and Sequestration Reminder for on-campus residents who travel during holidays; Update your travel plans

Welcome back, Anteaters!

We hope you made the most of our short break. Here’s a quick reminder:

Schedule your next required COVID-19 test within 48 hours of return to campus and again at least 7 days after return to campus during regularly scheduled weekly testing. Testing resumed on Sunday, Nov. 29 and continues through Saturday, Dec. 19.
- If your weekly recurring appointment falls within 48 hours of your return to campus, then you may use that recurring appointment to meet the “return to campus” testing requirement.
Undergrads: Sequestration is required until the end of Fall Quarter (Dec. 18).
Graduate Students: Sequester for 14 days from date of return to campus.
- Remember – Sequestration means restricting your movements outside of your room to essential activities only – going to work, picking up meals/groceries, going to medical appointments (including asymptomatic testing), and low-risk outdoor activities (always physically distanced!).

- This information will help ensure sufficient staffing and services remain available during the break and will let us know if the testing schedule needs to be modified to accommodate students returning to campus.
