An uptick in campus cases
During UCI’s 10-week spring quarter, the campus logged a total of 20 COVID-19 cases among student residents and on-campus employees. In week six of summer session, UCI has already tallied 21 cases. The best deterrent remains getting vaccinated (and uploading your completed records).

California officials unveiled a vaccine verification policy that will require employees of the state and all healthcare workers to either get vaccinated or wear masks and undergo regular testing for COVID-19.
